Terms and Conditions

Acceptance
All sales by Pacific Images 2010 Limited are made subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Pacific Images 2010 Limited shall not be bound by customers terms and conditions unless expressly agreed to in writing. By accepting our Invoice the customer is bound by our Terms and Conditions herewith.

Colour matching
We will colour match where possible if a sample is provided or where a specific colour is requested. This must be made clear at the onset upon accepting the job.

Copyright
Images purchased from the Pacific Images 2010 Limited Collection are under copyright to Pacific Images 2010 Limited.

Deposit
Pacific Images 2010 reserves the right to request a 50% deposit on any job prior to the onset.

Discounts
If a discount has been given on a specific job and payment is not within our credit terms, the discount will be reversed. Discounts applies on prompt payment only.

Disputes and Returns
Disputes, or requests for credit, will be considered valid only if brought to Pacific Images Limited’s attention within 5 working days of the date of supply. NO CREDIT will be considered without the return to Pacific Images 2010 Limited the material in dispute.

Freight
Dispatch costs are not built into our prices. Individual requirements are best satisfied if your preferred method of dispatch is noted on purchase orders. We recommend courier services as the only proven, reliable dispatch method for material we handle. We endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates but cannot be held liable for consequential losses in dispatch or transit. Mistakes for which Pacific Images 2010 Limited accept responsibility will only be rectified free of charge if notified within 24 hours of the time you expected the goods.

Liability
All material entrusted to Pacific Images 2010 Limited is handled with the utmost care. In the event of loss or damage we cannot accept any liability in excess of the replacement with an equivalent amount of unexposed imaging material. All imaging material is accepted on the basis that the client is solely responsible for any claims arising from the reproduction of these items. Pacific Images 2010 Limited is unable to accept responsibility for delays or errors occurring due to incorrect files, disk formatting, or events beyond our control.

Payment Terms
Payment of all goods and services will be made in full upon completion and prior to collection. Credit Terms are available for approved customers upon application and approval of account. Account payments must be RECEIVED by Pacific Images 2010 Limited by the 20th of the month following the date on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We retain the right to charge interest of 2% per month on any overdue amount. Any overdue payments will be liable for collection costs.

Quotations.
The prices quoted exclude gst and freight, they are based on the information provided and are only an estimate until the material is received and confirmed by Pacific Images 2010 Limited. All sales are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions. Quotation are valid for 30 days from the date shown.

Retention of Title
Pacific Images 2010 remain the owners of the material we supply to you until you have paid in full. Materials are at your risk as soon as they have been delivered to you. Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place once the materials are on your property. You are responsible for any insurance over the goods to cover any damage or theft that occurs on your premises. If the materials are sold by you before payment is made then the proceeds of the sale shall be the property of Pacific Images 2010 Limited.

Rush / Priority Service
Priority service is available on all our services. A surcharge may be applicable. Surcharges range from 25% to 200% depending on the nature of the service demands, what is currently in-house and what time is required to complete the job.

Security
An emphasis on the utmost discretion and security in all matters relating to and material from, our clients.

Service Times
Service times are based on the time the job is in-house. These will be adhered to where ever possible.

Care and Maintenance of your Reproduction Artwork
Dust lightly with a dry cloth. Do not get any liquid product or water near the image.
If a liquid is spilt on your image, mop up and dry naturally.
DO NOT RUB!

Protection
A thin UV lacquer is added, this is a barrier to minimise moisture, it will not make it water proof.

Longevity
70 years has been indicated from the manufactures, provided it is kept in optimum conditions, as with all Fine Art, the image should be kept away from direct sunlight. As we exercise no control over the way in which our products are stored, handled or used after they leave our premises we cannot make any warranty, expressed or implied. We are happy to help you obtain the best results based on information and tests believed reliable.
